Suspect Arrested in Murder of KS Abortion Dr. in Church Lobby

Dr. George Tiller, 67, was shot to death just after 10AM  local time at the Reform Lutheran Church in Witchita, KS. Tiller had been a controversial figure in both politics and the courtroom for his performance of late term abortions. A suspect is in custody in Johnson County, KS.
