Palestinian physician Dr. Izzeldin Abuelaish a renowned doctor and peace proponent lost three daughters and a niece when his home was mistakenly hit by a tank shell during the Gaza War in January 2009. Center Director Brian Levin, met with him recently in Los Angeles and is spearheading the Center's international efforts to support his nomination for the Nobel Peace Prize.
